Our Nordic Crackers are baked following a Traditional Danish family recipe. The gluten free variety is perfectly engineered by Mette herself. The crackers cater for many with food preferences and/or allergies. They are Nut Free (School Safe), Dairy Free, Egg Free, Sugar Free, Vegan Friendly and free from Preservatives, additives and colour.
Hand mixed, rolled, baked and packed. No machines or mechanical processes. Just like you would do in your own kitchen. We use quality ingredients, Australian where possible.
Yes we bake award winning crackers that are bursting with super seed and grains. They are crispy, delicious, moorish and are a perfect snack with a topping or ‘naked’.
