Wholesale Agreement

As a Wholesale/Trade customer the following agreement applies:

1. Orders may be placed by SMS, Email, Phone, Instagram, Facebook message, via our website or your can send a carrier pigeon.

2. We bake to order.

3. Minimum order 20 units (retail packs) or 2kg catering packs.

4. Minimum order secures FREE delivery within the Perth metropolitan area.

5. Orders to be placed on Mondays for delivery that week. Please advise delivery instructions.

6. Price includes GST.

7. Payment Terms - Invoices are due 7 days following the date of the invoice.

8. Any claims arising from delivery must be made within three (3) working days of receipt of goods.

9. By submitting this application, you authorise Mette is Baking to make enquiries into the banking and business/trade references that you have supplied.

10. For new customers and new orders we request Cash on Delivery until we establish a relationship and trust.

11. Catering packs are packed in re-sealable containers and we operate a return container system.

12. By submitting the New Customer Credit Application Form, you agree to the above terms and conditions.
