Where we ship
We ship to residential and commercial addresses throughout Australia. We are not able to ship internationally at this time.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping (Australia Post Parcel Post) is $9.83 for up to 2 packs of crackers and $13.44 for more. Express Post is $12.78 and $16.80. Orders over $75 ship free by Express Post.
Dispatch times
Everything is baked and packed to order, which takes up to three days. Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after midday on Thursday, or over the weekend, are dispatched the following Monday.
Returns
Because our crackers are freshly baked and packed to order, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns, refunds or exchanges.
If something arrives damaged
Contact us at hello@metteisbaking.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph and we will replace or refund the affected items. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a remedy if goods are faulty, unsafe or not as described.
