What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and billing address, together with the contents of your order. When you contact us we collect the details you put in the form. When you subscribe to our newsletter we record your email address, the date of your consent and the IP address it came from.
Payment information
We do not store credit card numbers or security codes. Card payments are processed by eWAY, and card details are sent directly from your browser to eWAY without passing through our servers.
Cookies
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, remember the contents of your basket and protect our forms against abuse. We do not run advertising cookies.
Who we share it with
Only the businesses that help us fulfil your order: our payment providers, Australia Post, and our email provider. We never sell your information.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email hello@metteisbaking.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
