    Our Nordic crackers begin the way they have for generations in Denmark: four seeds, good flour, a little oil and salt. Linseed, pumpkin, sunflower and sesame are mixed, rolled thin, cut and baked in our Perth bakery every Tuesday.

    What comes out is a cracker with real structure — a proper snap, a nutty depth, and enough character to hold a strong blue or a soft, ripe brie without disappearing underneath it.

    The dip mixes come from the same idea. Herbs and spices, nothing else, ready to stir through what is already in the fridge.

    How to serve them

    • Build a grazing board around them — aged cheddar, quince, a handful of figs.
    • Break them over soup for texture.
    • Stir a dip mix through thick yoghurt and let people help themselves.

    No artificial preservatives, colours or flavours. Ever.

  • Ingredients

    Traditional: Wheat flour (thiamine, folic acid), rye flour, seeds 24.5% (pumpkin, sesame, sunflower, linseed), sunflower oil (antioxidant (307), antifoam (900a)), oats, salt, baking powder (raising agents (450, 500), free flow agent (170), maize starch).

    Gluten Free: Gluten free flour (maize starch, rice flour, tapioca starch, rice bran, guar gum), seeds 27% (sunflower, pumpkin, sesame), quinoa, salt, baking powder (raising agents (450, 500), free flow agent (170), maize starch).
