A quick homemade dip recipe using yoghurt, cream cheese and Scandi Summer Dip Mix. Ready in 5 minutes, perfect for a grazing board or gluten free crackers.

There's real comfort in having a packet of dip mix tucked away in the pantry. It's the kind of thing that turns an unplanned catch-up or a last-minute cheese board into something that looks like you thought about it, without any of the actual planning.
Some of the best dip recipes take five minutes and barely a method at all. This easy homemade dip is exactly that: yoghurt, cream cheese, and a spoonful of Scandi Summer Dip Mix, stirred together until it's ready for your next grazing board.
The Scandi Summer blend brings lemon myrtle and pepper together with warming spices, giving this yoghurt dip recipe a fresh, citrus lift. It works just as well with gluten free crackers as it does with roasted vegetables or a simple crudité platter, making it a versatile dip for entertaining, snacking, or an easy weeknight starter.

- In a bowl, mix the yoghurt and cream cheese together until smooth and well combined.
- Stir through the Scandi Summer Dip Mix, mixing until it's evenly distributed through the dip.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before serving. This gives the spices time to fully come through.
- Serve with Mette is Baking gluten free crackers, fresh vegetables, or alongside your favourite grazing board.
